What are the plans?
We offer three standard plans: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each plan is tailored to different security needs and business sizes. Our Basic plan covers essential cybersecurity measures, while Standard and Premium offer more comprehensive protection and advanced features. We also provide customizable a la carte options for specific requirements.
How much do the plans cost?
Our plans are based on 12-month subscriptions with a 60-day cancellation period or 30 days for plan adjustments. We strive to keep base prices affordable, but final costs may vary depending on your unique needs. After an initial consultation, we'll provide a formal quote that aims to align closely with our base plan pricing.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed quarterly in advance and al a carte work products billed upon completion of the work with a 30 day payment schedule.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans with 30 days' written notice. We understand that your needs may evolve, and we aim to be flexible. Given the consultative nature of our work, we'll guide you through the transition process to ensure it's smooth and aligns with your changing security requirements.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer free trials, but our Basic plan is affordably priced to allow you to experience our services without a significant financial commitment. This approach lets you assess our value while still receiving professional cybersecurity support tailored to your needs.
